What does this place have to do with Seattle?

The Seattle Cafe in Times Square serves all the staples any other NYC takeout place does: pizza, pasta, panini, tossed salad -- all explained in the colors of the Italian flag. I'm still trying to figure out the resemblance to Seattle.

Times Square was about two-thirds of the way through my Manhattan hike.
