Stein Valley Hike

With a couple of weeks off between jobs in April 2008, I decided to take a quick trip east of Vancouver to do an early season hike in the Stein River Wilderness. Rather than driving straight home, I stopped off for a night to soak in the hot springs at Harrison Hot Springs. The springs and the scenery were lovely, if not the part where I had to dine alone in a ballroom filled with romantic couples because it was the only place to eat.
